Flexibility is part of caring
We know that no two weeks are the same. That is why we give you the flexibility to fit your sessions into your everyday life.
Choose your sessions from Monday to Friday to suit your plans, subject to availability. Book through the app: bookings open 14 days before Pilates sessions and 30 days before physiotherapy sessions.
Use your sessions at Pablo Serrano or San Luis.
Choose whichever works best for you.
If your plans change, cancel your Pilates session up to 3 hours before it starts and your physiotherapy session up to 1 minute beforehand.

Choose your Pilates frequency. We provide the guidance, machines and equipment.

Monthly Pilates memberships paid by direct debit. Choose your day, time and clinic, subject to availability.
First consultation and individual session.
Final prices include the discount. Physiotherapy packages are valid for 90 days from purchase.
