We are a center specialized in Pilates Machine located in the Hortaleza district, Madrid.


Our mission is to help people stay active so that they achieve the best possible well-being with the greatest Vit4lid4d.


That is why we have group classes suitable for everyone. It doesn't matter how old they are, or whether or not they practice any other activity, our teachers adapt the machines and classes according to the needs of each of our members.

Our classes

Small groups of maximum 5 people, classes every hour and lasting 55 minutes. Dynamic classes in Pilates Machine and with a combination of elements such as rings, balls and dumbbells.

What is the Pilates method and how can it help me?

The Pilates method is a physical and mental training system created at the beginning of the 20th century by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. The method focuses on the development of internal muscles to maintain body balance and give stability and firmness to the spine.

Its main objective is to strengthen the muscles and increase the control, strength and flexibility of our body. To do this, most exercises are performed through a series of soft and slow movements.

In each and every one of these controlled movements we try to achieve the greatest possible precision through breathing control, the correct alignment of our body and, of course, concentration.
