The method, adapted to you
The method created by Joseph Hubertus Pilates brings together strength, flexibility and body control. At Vit4lid4d®, we use reformer equipment for small-group therapy sessions with a sporting approach.
Your physiotherapists guide you and adapt the exercises. We work on trunk stability, mobility, coordination and balance, paying attention to how you move.
Machines, rings, balls and weights are part of the session. There is also time to breathe, rest and reconnect with your body.
The foundation of each session
Connect every movement with conscious breathing.
Pay attention to what your body is doing in each exercise.
Work with intention, taking the time each movement needs.
Focus on the muscles that provide stability.
Pay attention to alignment and the way you perform each exercise.
Connect your movements with coordination and continuity.
